First Friday Golf heads to Dundee in 2027 for three days of classic links golf along the Angus coast.
The tour opens on Friday at Monifieth’s Medal Course, a traditional championship links of firm fairways, strategic bunkering and plenty of exposure to the coastal wind. Saturday brings the main event at Montrose 1562, one of the oldest golfing locations in the world, where undulating links terrain and the North Sea weather should provide a suitably unpredictable test.
Sunday’s finale is at Panmure, perhaps the pick of the three courses and famously used by Ben Hogan for practice ahead of his 1953 Open victory at nearby Carnoustie.
